ABOUT
Dr. Larry “Doc” Siegel (Dr. STEM), now retired, had a 43-year career educating Pre-K through fifth grade as well as graduate studies in the Early Childhood Education field.
Dr. STEM has always believed students have the capacity to learn through motivating hands-on experience. Combining child development, brain-based learning theories, and 21st Century Skills, Dr. STEM guides young students how to solve problems using the Engineering Design Process. By brainstorming and constructing 3-D models, children will learn to “figure things out” as they collaborate to generate real solutions to real problems.
